Manufacturing

Specifying equipment from CWT manufacturing facilities worldwide, places high emphasis on state-of-the-art and precision fabrication. The technical staff is certified in all areas of manufacturing, from testing and surfacing carbon steel, stainless steel, and steel alloys of different grades. The mechanical (e.g. drivers and gears) and electrical parts (e.g. motors, switches and controls) are selected from established and reputable suppliers. CWT’s in-house electrical department designs and assembles components and controls for our panels based upon individual site requirements.


GEM Systems

CWT's innovative flocculation and floatation unit is a unique approach and replacement to traditional DAF treatment systems. With the GEM System, higher amounts of TSS can be achieved, using less chemicals, producing drier sludge in a smaller footprint while being easier to operate.

Moving Bed Biofilm Reactors:

Anaerobic Reactors:
